Incredible penthouse with private terrace, furnished with a contemporary style located in the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú.
Three blocks from the main promenade, a walking area where you will find restaurants, cafes and shops.
A 15-20 minute walk to the beach and seafront restaurants facing.
A 10 minutes walk to the train / bus station with direct lines (approx. every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona.
Beautiful, 2 bedroomed penthouse, walk up apartment with private roof terrace. 2 double bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Balcony off the main bedroom. 2 modern bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and overhead shower).
Spacious lounge / dining area with airconditioning and ceiling fan.
Flat screen TV with Spanish channels but an internet device can be connected by an appropriate HDMI lead.
Double glazed doors lead out onto the front balcony for those early morning coffees in the sun and to sit and watch the world go by.
Large and well-equipped modern kitchen.
There is heating throughout for the winter months and free unlimited, fibre optic, Wifi internet.
Please note that the flat is on the third floor without lift.
The large private roof terrace is furnished with a dining area, sunbeds, gas BBQ.
The apartment has magnificent views of the mountains, over the rooftops and of the ancient floodlit church tower at the top of the main promenade.
A pay and display underground car parking, free public carpark or limited street parking 5 minutes walk.

We stayed in the appartement during our internship. The appartement was really nice with a great roof terrace and ammendities. Everything was clean and spacious. I would like thank Vilanova Appartements for their great hospitality and understanding during the covid-19 pandemic. Kind regards, Dirk.

Andrea Aljure was a very helpful efficient agent especially when she attended twice to help us: 1- how to work the washing machine and 2- almost midnight when we were without electricity. Andrea came immediately and fixed the problem. We were delighted with the flat air conditioning, essential during a really hot spell.

Appartement grand et bien placé dans une petite station balnéaire a 40min de barcelone ! Superbe terrasse avec barbecue de compétition! Moins de 30min a pied de la mer (avec femme enceinte) et proche de tout!
