In the heart of a pleasant and dynamic area, come and stay in this bright flat where all the spaces are decorated with taste. You will have a lounge area below the kitchen with access to a large terrace, a dining area, a large open kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Private parking space. Bed linen and towels included.
The flat:
Located on the 1st floor of a house with 4 flats, this flat is composed as follows:
Day area:
- An entrance hall leading to the bedrooms and living areas equipped with reversible air conditioning.
- A lounge area, separated from the kitchen by 2 steps. It has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and access to the terrace through a French window.
- A dining room with access to the terrace through a large glass door. There is also an office area in the dining room.
- A spacious kitchen open to the living and dining area, fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker etc...
Night space:
- A first bedroom with queen size bed and storage space.
- A second bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a large mirror, a clotheshorse and a hairdryer.
