Sunflower House is a ground floor apartment with a small private outdoor area. The house is outside tha chaos of the downtown of Monopoli. You can find easy parking, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. At about 850 m there are the equipped beach of Lido Pantano, at one kilometer the free beach of Cala Susca and at 1.5 km the central square of Monopoli called “Il Borgo” and the adjacent oldtown. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi.
Sunflower House consists of an entrance living room equipped with dining table, large sofa, a kitchen with sink, induction plates, oven and fridge, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with large shower box and washing machine. There is also a small outdoor area with outdoor table with chairs and umbrella.
Sunflower House is far 52 km from the Bari Airport, 71 km from the Brindisi Airport. The city equipped beach of Lido Pantano is far 850 m, while the free beaches of Cala Susca and Calette del Clio are far around 1 km from the accomodation, the ones of Capitolo (hamlet of Monopoli) are far 8 km, while the ones of Savelletri (hamlet of Fasano) 18 km. The apartment is far 7 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 22 km from Alberobello, 40 km from Ostuni, 30 km from Locorotondo, 35 km from Cisternino, 37 km from Martina Franca, 81 km from Matera and 111 Km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.
Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
