Not far from Vidauban, Draguignan and Roquebrune-sur-Argens, this holiday home is the perfect place for a stay for up to 4 people. You’ll have all the comforts you need: a bright living area with a sitting area and dining space, a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a lovely communal swimming pool for residents to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing! Bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are allowed on request. The accommodation: Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows: Living area: - A lovely, light-filled living room featuring a seating area with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a cosy dining table that seats up to 4 people. - A functional and fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine… Sleeping area: - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190). - A bathroom with a bath, a vanity unit and a hairdryer. - Separate toilet. Outdoor facilities: - A lovely 10x5m swimming pool, shared with the residential complex.
The pool is open from June to the end of September.
Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change by the residential complex. Neighbourhood: The property is ideally situated in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, just 200 m from the town centre, where you’ll find all the amenities you need: a bakery, a butcher’s, a mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars and a market. Activities: - Relaxing on the beach and water sports: sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, diving… - Hiking and mountain biking trails - Visits to vineyards and tastings of local produce. - Aoubré l’Aventure Nature: skydiving, escape games, driving circuits, etc. - Visits to nearby towns and villages: Lorgues, Encasteaux, Draguignan, Vidauban, Roquebrune-sur-Argens, etc. Transport: - Bus: ‘Le Luc’ stop, a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - Gonfaron railway station, 10 km away (12 minutes by car). - Saint-Tropez Airport, 40 km away (47 minutes by car). Other information: - Free on-street parking available opposite the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Appartement fonctionnel situé au RDC, mais un peu sombre. Le fait d'avoir mis à disposition des ventilateurs dans la chambre et pièce de vie nous a permis de supporter la forte chaleur. Surmatelas fourni par Céline (Super hôte) pour dormir confortablement sur le convertible. Le grand plus : La piscine idéale pour se rafraichir et passer un bon moment en famille.

Je suis ravi d'avoir passé mon week-end dans Le Luc surtout avec une hôte comme Céline!
Merci à elle pour tout; agréable et vraiment sympathique, elle nous a même aidés pour notre arrivée. En plus de ça nous avons eu un logement impeccable, et qui sentait bon. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était présent, ce qui soulage vraiment, surtout avec un bébé de 9 mois.
