Fully equipped open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, citrus juicer, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, capsule coffee machine, and more.
Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), spacious wardrobe (with hangers and shelves), and access to the terrace through a large bay window. The bedroom also features independent air conditioning.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and mirror.
Separate toilet.
Spacious 14 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner with a peaceful view of the residence’s courtyard.
The apartment also includes a private underground parking space (closed and secure box).

The rooftop pool of the residence is open each year from May to September

Nice appartment to get a rest after a busy city and beach visit.

Negative:
Missing coffee machine for power coffee, bad smell in bathroom out of the air exchange system. Pool was not really clean. Looks like the pump / filter system was switched off. No sunshades at the pool. Too much contact persons.
