On the ground floor, you have 2 steps outside to access a beautiful entrance with a sitting area followed by a large living room with a dining room.
You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen.
You will have 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs,you will have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a mezzanine with games and books.
In the enclosed garden, you can walk around the house.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment. Recently renovated family house close to Périgueux and its monuments and 16 km from Brantôme. Around to visit : castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, caves of Villars, village of St Jean de Côle, museum of the truffles in Sorges. 400 m from the cottage you can enjoy outdoor communal games. 500 m from the greenway (walking, cycling, rollerblading...). Fishing possible at 800 m. The Golf of Périgueux at 2 km offers an 18-hole course.

On ne peut dire que du positif !- Accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires très sympathiques.- A l'extérieur pelouse, espaces verts, piscine sont impeccables- Le gîte est élégant, raffiné et confortable. Rien ne manque, grands et petits s'y trouvent "comme à la maison".Bref un séjour très agréable à recommander à tous.

Gîte bien équipé bien pratique pour garer les véhicules, à proximité de grandes surfaces (5 minutes en voiture) à un quart d'heure de Périgueux. Nous avons visité Brantôme, Hautefort et Aubeterre sur Dronne (avec son église souterraine monolithe). Pas de bruits aux alentours. Le calme. Sans nul doute à recommander.

Everything about this gite is excellent, the cool interior, the pool, the garden and the convenient location to shops. We had an absolutely enjoyable vacation in this gite. Thank you to the owners.
