Q-Park Bord'eau Village car park located 150 metres away (paid parking). 🌆 LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD You will be staying on Cours de la Martinique, in the heart of the Chartrons district; the former wine merchants' quarter, now one of the most sought-after areas of Bordeaux with its independent boutiques, wine bars and trendy restaurants.
The cours itself, inaugurated in 1907, is lined with superb buildings featuring eclectic early 20th-century facades. From Mérignac Airport: tram F to Hôtel de Ville then tram B to Cours du Médoc (stop 100 metres away). From Gare Saint-Jean: tram C or D to Hôtel de Ville then tram B to Cours du Médoc (stop 100 metres away). 📝 HOUSE RULES Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. Please be mindful of other residents' peace and quiet, and keep the property clean and tidy as you would your own home.
