This 60 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a billiard table, a terrace, a mezzanine opening onto the living room, a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom.

The 60 m² duplex is composed as follows:
Day area:
- Living area with sofa, TV and pool table.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: dining table for 4, fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and closet.
- Mezzanine open onto the living room with two armchairs convertible into a double bed, desk, closet and sports equipment.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Exterior:
- Terrace not overlooked with a garden sofa, two armchairs and an outdoor coffee table.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is ideally located, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
