Apartment with a lot of charm.
Recently repainted with regular improvements and rigorous monitoring, it will delight your stay.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
Many parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has an alcove with a double bed of 160 cm (King Size).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Linen is provided for your stay.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.
To access the apartment
The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy
🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
