Welcome to Sweet Madness! Located in the heart of Sévrier and 200 meters from the lake, discover a charming apartment, ideal for your family holiday! Perfectly suited for 4/5 people, this apartment consists of two bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a large terrace overlooking the mountains.
You will reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 3 minutes on foot! The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm (Queen Size) and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom has a double bed 140x200cm and a single bed 90x200cm (Single) raised, as well as a large closet.
The entrance hall also has a nice storage space.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as coffee machine Senseo, kettle, toaster, fruit press.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer, a +iron ironing board and a hairdryer.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
You can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the parking lot of the condominium (no private space).
A bicycle storage room is also available.
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountainous setting.
Enjoy its mountains, port and beaches! The beautiful city of Annecy is only 4 km away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Er was voldoende ruimte in huis en het was van alle gemakken voorzien.
Helaas was het huis bij onze aankomst niet schoon, er lagen haren en stof op de vloer en kruimels op het aanrecht. Ook op de bank lagen haren en kruimels.
De parkeergelegenheid achter het huis was niet altijd beschikbaar, soms was deze vol.
Er is een wasmachine beschikbaar, maar hier mogen alleen ...
