Welcome to Duingt, the pearl of the lake! Located at the entrance of the medieval village of Duingt, this second floor apartment is the last level of a typical Savoyard house with a vast plot to which you will have access.
Its exceptional location along the bike path and 100m from the lake will allow you to leave the car aside, everything is accessible on foot! Only 200 meters separate you from the castle beach, and 400 meters from the municipal beach! Ideal for a family holiday, this charming apartment is fully equipped and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with large shower Italian style and separate toilet.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of storage space.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, internet, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines (filter and capsule). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.
We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
Linen will be provided for the stay.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed 🅿️ You will have a private parking space on the property.
Supermarket at 50m and bakery at 200m. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Paradise destination in summer and very attractive in winter also thanks to the proximity of ski resorts: -Le Semnoz at 30 minutes -La Clusaz and Grand Bornand at one o'clock -Seythenex and Sambuy 30 minutes -Courchevel 1h20 Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm an additional 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
Similarly for your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the apartment is not picked up the same evening.
