This 70m² 3-star-rated ground-floor chalet flat, situated in a fully renovated former farmhouse, is ideal for family holidays.
It is located just 1km from the Espace Diamant ski slopes! It can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a living room with a pellet stove (pellets not provided), a dining area for 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (one with a toilet) and a separate, outdoor toilet measuring 90m². Beds made on arrival, cleaning provided, linen supplied, welcome hamper.
Wi-Fi included. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - Sitting area with a sofa, hanging chair, TV and a pellet stove (pellets not provided), opening onto the floor-to-ceiling windows and leading outside. - Dining area with a table for 6 people. - Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4 people: fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, raclette and fondue set. - Master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage space, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, towel rack and washbasin. - Second bedroom: bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). - Third bedroom: double bed (160 x 200 cm) with storage. - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet. - Separate toilet. Outdoor areas: - This chalet features a fenced, grassed outdoor area of approximately 90 m², with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - Two numbered outdoor parking spaces are available, providing direct access to the entrance. Nearby: - Ski lifts for the Espace Diamant ski area, 1 km away - Flumet, 5 km away - Megève, 6.4 km away - Praz-sur-Arly town centre with its many shops, 1.5 km away: bars, restaurants, food shops, sports shops/ski hire, tobacconists/newsagents, bakeries, medical centre, pharmacy… Activities: In winter, a wide range of winter sports activities await you in the Espace Diamant ski area, with 170 km of slopes: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing… But there are plenty of other activities too, such as themed trails and orienteering courses, and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride! In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim at Flumet lake, set off on a trail run or go rock climbing at La Carrière, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.
New swimming lake: water play area, floating games, treetop adventure course, zip line… Finally, don’t forget to stock up on fresh, local produce straight from the farmers: milk, cheese, meat, etc. You can even make your own Reblochon there! Transport: - Shuttle buses run to the village and other nearby villages - Taxis in Flumet and the Megève coach station. - The best option for greater independence is a private car (your own or a hire car). Ontbijten op het terras, veel schaduwplekken, een mooi meer en een grote speeltuin op nog geen 5 minuten rijden of 20 minuten wandelen,...
Fijne bedden en goed sanitair. Keuken was goed voorzien. Kortom, de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een fijne vakantie. Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt om je 2 weken lang niet te vervelen.
Tuinmeubilair erg karig: alleen een picknicktafel. Het huisje daarentegen staat erg vol met meubels, die niet fantastisch zitten. Wat ons betreft hadden de bar in de keuken en de grote schommelstoel niet in het huisje hoeven staan, wat weer meer ruimte biedt en een opgeruimder beeld geeft.

🙁 Armaris petits i de baixa qualitat.
Faltava pellets per la calefacció, amb el preu que es paga per l’apartament haurien d’estar inclosos.
Uns dels llençols baixers no encaixaven be amb el llit.
No va funcionar internet ni un sol dia."
