This charming property is situated in its own south-facing grounds and only a few minutes’ walk from Salcombe’s shops, restaurants and quays.
Ideally suited to a family group looking for a property in a quieter, central location. As you enter this impressive building, you are led into large open-plan reception room.
Full of character, the room features exposed wooden beams, terracotta floor tiling and a feature fireplace. The ideal base for gathering with friends and sitting down together, the kitchen/diner is large and spacious with a utility room just off the kitchen.

The detached property comprises of three bedrooms; two twins and a double, plus there’s a sofa bed in the TV room, all of which are en-suite. There is a large, open-plan sitting room with a woodburning stove and Georgian doors that open out onto the veranda, a well-equipped kitchen, utility room, TV room with a widescreen Sky TV and outside is a beautiful decked terrace with furniture and views across the private gardens and surrounding woodland. There is parking for two cars and a boat trailer. A stunning property ideal for a family or group.

No white bad ( as per the details) to put recycling. We stored it all week, but sadly no local facilities to put cardboard and plastics. This saddens mrs, as really it should be available for guest to do the right thing for the environment. We couldn’t take it as the car was full of beach equipment.

Beautiful house,with everything we needed the owner has really gone above and beyond with this little gem.We were dissapointed in Salcomb itself,but we still had a lovely week chilling in this lovely home.Who ever stays at this property will never be disappointed could not have asked for more.Also the staff at coast and county offices were very helpful.

Absolutely loved this property!
It was an ideal location no hills !
It was ideal for our group having a little one and adults, we all had our own space.
Our only criticism would be the double bed, it's very small especially having the bottom board on it so you keep hitting your feet on it.
Hope to stay here again very soon. Thank you for letting us stay x
