Perched overlooking St Ives, at Tate Reach, within the Barnoon area, this two-bedroom, second floor apartment, enjoys far reaching sea and harbour views, from the living area and balconies, ideal for the town centre, Tate St Ives, St Ives scenic railway, and Porthmeor Beach, which are all within a short stroll.
Sleeping four, plus an infant and welcoming a medium size dog, this pet-friendly home is perfect for a family wanting to bring all their loved ones away.
Set on the second floor of this Victorian house, this holiday apartment has been lovingly refurbished with exposed beams, Velux windows and two sets of double French doors, which open out onto two bay styled balconies.
Marvel at breath-taking views across St Ives to the harbour and out to sea; whether you're cooking, dining or relaxing, you'll enjoy this fantastic Cornish vista! Throw open the doors and breathe in the fresh sea air, watch out for wildlife through the supplied telescope, or snuggle up on the corner sofa which seats four.

If you love dining out St Ives has a variety of cafes and restaurants all serving fresh local produce and many with harbour and beach settings, the nearest beach, Porthmeor, has a beachside café set right on the blue flag awarded sands, with a seasonal lifeguard service and surf school, it’s a great place to try catching a wave, there is also a Michelin Plate restaurant found at Porthminster Beach, another of the town’s largest beaches, cobbled streets lead off the pretty harbour with an array of boutiques and art galleries and of course your just a few steps away from the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, filled with work from famous artist inspired by St Ives.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an oven/grill, five burner gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with 26” LCD Tv with DVD player, Sky with Movies and Sport packages, a Playstation 3 and a selection of games and Blu-ray DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with 22” LCD TV and a twin with 18” LCD TV, both of which have en-suite wet rooms. Outside there are two balconies with furniture and off-road parking available for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are available. Please note that check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. One medium-sized well-behaved dog is welcome. Please bring your own linen for use of the cot. Alfred Wallis is a fabulous dwelling for a coastal escape with loved ones.
There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250 for this property. Access to the house is via eight steps to the front door. There is a carpeted flight of stairs with 28 steps up to the apartment. Parking is available, either at Barnoon Car Park 2 mins away (pay and display, availability is best early or late in the day), or at a reserved parking space 8-10 mins walk away (no payment required).One well behaved dog welcome. Others considered by request.The kitchen balcony doors (right hand balcony when stood in the property) can be opened, but we kindly ask that the balcony flooring is not stood on prior to an additional waterproof membrane being added in January 2025. The left hand balcony (living room balcony) has recently been renovated and can be used as normal.Building Works NoticeConstruction of 3 dwellings (1 House and 2 Apartments) is underway on the land to the right of Tate Reach when facing the building at the communal front door. There is an alleyway between the property and the site in question.
