Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully renovated 45 m² flat for rent, situated on the first floor of a small stone-built block in the Madeleine neighbourhood.
With all amenities within easy reach, it makes an ideal base from which to explore the town of Vannes and its surroundings. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living area: a lounge/dining room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. - A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc. - A bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. - A small enclosed hallway with the washing machine. - A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and hairdryer. - A separate toilet. Important: If you’re planning a stay with family or friends, it’s possible to accommodate two additional guests by also booking ‘Le Magda’, a second flat on the same floor.
This flat, designed for two people, is the ideal complement to a group stay whilst maintaining your independence. The property is ideally situated in the Madeleine neighbourhood, with all amenities within walking distance.
There is a supermarket less than 150 metres away and a large supermarket with its own shopping centre 6 minutes’ drive away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street, which is completely free of charge. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station, a 10-minute walk away. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes away On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the most out of it. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for further information. Other notes: - Free Wi-Fi is available. - Parties are not permitted. - The entire residence is non-smoking. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - The accommodation is not equipped to accommodate a baby. Self-check-in may be possible at the manager’s discretion: Access to the accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. Keys must be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation.

La situation du logement et sa taille
Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que la connection wi-fi n'ait pas été vérifiée avant mon arrivée car pour un séjour d'une semaine j'avais vraiment besoin d'internet et cela m'a beaucoup gêné !
