We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Frontignan, this charming air-conditioned house, at only 3 kilometers of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 35 m² and a terrace.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area that can accommodate 4 guests. - An open kitchen equipped with kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking plates, refrigerator... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A closed garden of 35 m² facing south as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days! - A parking space at the entrance of the yard. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine, iron. The neighborhood: The house is ideally located in Frontignan, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby : - Sète located at 6 km (12 minutes by car). - Agde located at 30 km (38 minutes by car). - Montpellier located at 24 km (35 minutes by car). - Béziers located at 54 km (47 minutes by car). Activities : Come and discover Frontignan and its rich tourist heritage between preserved coastline and protected natural areas. - Tourist sites : The old salt marshes, Sètes, Agde... - Sporting activities: 7 km of beaches to satisfy young and old, on foot or by bike discover the paths of the scrubland - Gastronomic heritage: oysters from Bouzigues, mussels from the Thau Basin, Muscat wine, tielle, miquettes from Frontignan... - Events : Muscat festival, players' festival, jousts of Sète... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus at 400 meters. - Nearest train station: Frontignan train station located at 1.5 km (18 minutes on foot). - Nearest airport: Montpellier airport located 37 km away (29 minutes by car). Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.

Le Quiloé "Excellent séjour dans cette petite maisonnette très bien situé pour se ressourcer et faire de nombreuses activités.
L'endroit correspond à la description, accès facile et logement très propre.
Marie-Christine et son époux sont très chaleureux, réactifs et discret.
