Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Frontignan, just 3 kilometres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 35 m² as well as a terrace.
Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area that can seat 4 guests. - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside: - A 35 m² enclosed garden facing south, as well as a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days! - A parking space at the entrance to the courtyard. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a cot, a washing machine and an iron. The neighbourhood: The house is ideally situated in Frontignan, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Nearby: - Sète, 6 km away (12 minutes by car). - Agde, 30 km away (38 minutes by car). - Montpellier, 24 km away (35 minutes by car). - Béziers, 54 km away (47 minutes by car). Things to do: Come and discover Frontignan and its rich tourist heritage, set amongst unspoilt coastline and protected natural areas. - Tourist attractions: The old salt marshes, Sète, Agde… - Sporting activities: 7 km of beaches to delight young and old alike; explore the garrigue trails on foot or by bike - Culinary heritage: Bouzigues oysters, mussels from the Bassin de Thau, Muscat wine, tielle, Frontignan miquettes… - Events: the Muscat Festival, the Fête des Joueurs, the Sète Jousts… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus stop 400 metres away. - Nearest railway station: Frontignan station, 1.5 km away (18 minutes’ walk). - Nearest airport: Montpellier Airport, 37 km away (29 minutes’ drive). Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). Le Quiloé "Excellent séjour dans cette petite maisonnette très bien situé pour se ressourcer et faire de nombreuses activités.
L'endroit correspond à la description, accès facile et logement très propre.
Marie-Christine et son époux sont très chaleureux, réactifs et discret.
