The property, few steps from Piazza Fanti, is located in the heart of Esquilino district, few minutes away from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, Piazza Vittorio and Termini Station, the best solution to visit the beauties of the Eternal City comfortably on foot and by public transport


Setting up the apartment, I combined modern and ancient design following two themes: photography (one of my passions) and Fornasetti wallpapers to give personality to each room. Space and room organization can be verified by the plan in the last picture.

The apartment is located in the heart of Esquilino district, an area that develops close to Termini Train station and Piazza Vittorio. Since the Umbertine era in the late XIX century, the district has retained its elegant and slightly austere architecture, now enlivened by ethnic shops and the well known market. Art lovers can choose between the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, San Pietro in Vincoli church, the National Roman Museum and, in Colle Oppio, the Domus Aurea. Following Via Cavour you can easily reach the fascinating Monti district, the first district of the city.

Termini Station is just a 5-minute walk from the property and, among the main points of interest, we point out

The entire flat is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
