This charming 40 m² flat in Embrun is less than a kilometre from the lake and can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² garden and terrace. We're waiting for you!
The ground-floor flat is composed as follows:
- A bright, south-east-facing 25 m² living room with TV, DTT, DVD player, hi-fi system, armchairs, double sofa bed and extending table.
- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, 6 place dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A 2-bedroom with 1 double bunk bed and a double bed (140×190).
- Shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- An enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace, mountain views and furniture including an electric barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 3 km from the town centre, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
