We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Embrun, this charming studio of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 6th and last floor (with lift to the 5th floor), it consists of a living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the invigorating mountain air.
Now we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 160x200), storage space and dining area for 4 guests. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, combined microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bunk bed in the entrance hall (2 x 90x140). - A bathroom with shower and towel dryer, washer (relatively narrow passage of about 45 cm to access the shower). - A separate toilet Outside : - A terrace facing East and benefiting from a view of the mountains, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days including a plancha.
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in the Parc des 4 Soleils area, in a very pleasant environment with a lake accessible in 10 minutes on foot.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Terrasse des Lupins Appartement confortable et bien agencé. Il est situé juste à côté du lac donc bien pratique. Laurence est une hôte très accueillante qui vous expliquera en détail le fonctionnement des différents éléments. Je recommande à 100%
