Each room has air conditioning, and the apartment is composed of : A living room with a convertible sofa, provided with a large bedside table of high comfort, Television, and dining table, opening onto a covered terrasse and little private garden.
A Mobalpa brand kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, laundry washer, ceramic hob/hotplates) 2 bedrooms An outdoor terrace NIGHT AREA Bedroom N°1 : Queen size bed, cupboard, large bathroom with italian shower.
Bedroom N°2 : Queen size bed Bedding is made in Corsica.
Each bedroom has an opening onto the common garden.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES The terrace is equipped of a table for up to 6 people, a garden living room and sunbeams.
Swimming pool (shell type) is located below, and has a size of 8x4 m.
The construction is new, and meets RT2012 standards.
It is located in a little-urbanized area, near a natural area (corsican maquis). ## Access Outdoor (private use) : covered terrace and small garden.
Garden furniture at your disposal, dining table for 6 people.
Access / parking : Private parking for the guests, with automatic gate.

Appartamento molto carino di nuova costruzione. L'appartamento è attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Ottima la pulizia. La posizione è molyo comoda per raggiungere Calvi e dintorni. Consigliatissimo

Nous étions seuls en plus donc nous avons vraiment pu profiter au maximum de la tranquillité des lieux.
Je recommande avec plaisir ce logement.
