We are offering this charming 48 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Villers-sur-Mer; it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you! The north-east-facing property is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area seating four guests. - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony. - A shower room. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Communal area: - A shared (heated) swimming pool comprising two pools, one of which is for children, enclosed by a fence and accessible from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates are subject to change). For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is ideally situated in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting within a secure residential complex featuring a 3.5-hectare park with a tennis court.
Just a 15-minute walk from the town centre, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Nearby: - Villers Beach, 1 km away (13 minutes’ walk). - Greenwich Meridian, 1.9 km away (22 minutes’ walk). - Casino Tranchant, with a cinema, restaurant and mini-golf course, 1.8 km away (20 minutes’ walk). - Deauville, 8.6 km away (15 minutes’ drive). - Caen, 45 km away (42 minutes’ drive). Activities: Staying in this accommodation will allow you to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks along the coast, exploring the ‘Vaches Noires’ cliffs and the Greenwich Meridian, a visit to the Paléospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boules, paragliding, water sports centre, swimming, children’s go-karting and a merry-go-round… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Bus stop 200 m from the flat: Deauville–Caen route. - Nearby railway stations: Villers-sur-Mer, Deauville, Houlgate, Cabourg… - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, 50 km away (44 minutes by car). Logement propre dans une résidence très calme et vraiment agréable disposant de diverses activités.
La localisation parfaite (assez reculé permettant de connaître la quiétude, mais non loin du centre ville permettant d'y aller a pied) est un véritable atout.
Rebecca fut une hôte de grande qualité grâce a sa réactivité et sa communication simple et fluide.
