We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming flat in duplex of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms and two shower rooms. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional. Wifi, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, sofas (including 1 double sofa bed) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and an en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: three single beds and an en-suite shower room.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine.
The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 800 metres on foot from the historic town centre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Embrun's lake at 3.6 km (8 minutes by car)
- Mont-Dauphin 17.7 km (20 minutes by car)
- Boscodon Abbey 11 km away (15 minutes by car)
- Saint-Véran 45 km away (55 minutes by car)

- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane airport located 214 km away (2h20 by car)
