Bright and roomy apartment tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, including a spacious terrace equipped for pleasant moments of relaxation and a garage.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area equipped with all services and located outside the ZTL. The excellent location, a short distance from the Villa Reale and 5 minutes on walk from the historic center, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its splendid monuments. The 83 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living area with sofa, split AC and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split AC - Second toilet with wc, bidet and showe rbox - Large terrace equipped with table and chairs x8 and sofas. Car garage available (measures 2.30m x 5.50m). Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, children's bed. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Pets are allowed for a surcharge of €20, payable in cash on site. All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law. Late check in: - From 20:00 to 22:00 - Euro 20,00. Lecce is mainly a baroque city.

What better to compliment a beautiful city like Lecce than an exquisite apartment hosted by Welcome to Italy. This is a gem of an apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable. It is even equipped with a private garage for car parking. Our gracious host was readily available and always there when we needed info or advice. I highly recommend.

la casa es perfecta . tiene todo no le falta nada su Terrasa es hermosa . hemos estado muy confortable no tengo nada que quejarme . espero volver para la prossima vez que visite lecce el anfitrion muy servicial amable estivo al.tanto de todo o cualquier necesidad que tuvirramos buena c comunicacion. muy amabile que nosdejo quedarnos hasta las 12 por que nuestro tren sai alas 13:15. muy satisfecho..

Cosimo was extremely good host, provided video instructions as well as lots of tips - in person and via WA. The place is very well equipped, on a very good location near Porta Napoli, parking spot was available on the street, so we didn't even needed to use the garage
