Triplex located in Nin de Beret, one of the most exclusive developments in the Aran Valley, situated at high altitudes and just a few meters from the chairlift accessing the ski resort from Tanau.
Layout Accommodating up to 9 people, the Nin C2 apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed as follows: The main floor houses a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, an open kitchen with access to a balcony, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
The first floor has two double bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
The top floor is designed as a triple bedroom with three single beds.
The rental includes a parking space within the same development.
Highlights All our accommodations are fully equipped and include hotel-quality bed and bath linens for your stay with us.
For your family's comfort: high-weight towels, "bath blanket" size for your showers, and always white duvet covers on all our beds.
Upon arrival, we provide a small cleaning kit (cloth, sponge, dish soap) and a toiletry kit (small shampoo, gel, and soap bar), along with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

With our Guided Check-in program, you can access your house or apartment with complete freedom, always with the guarantee of a team that will take care of you before and during your stay with us.

Apartment with 10 beds, but only one parking available and no parking areas around it. Low quality pillows: everybody ended up with neck pain. Old / low quality kitchenware. Very helpful concierge, which we discovered during the stay, as it was not communicated by the agency.

Super séjour dans ce beau Triplex!
L’appartement est situé très près d’un télésiège accessibles aux piétons qui mène à Baqeira 1800 qui malheureusement a été en panne pendant la moitié de notre séjour mais qui est très pratique quand il fonctionne !!
Les points à améliorer:
- un casier à ski serait bien utile
- une seconde place de parking également !

Apartamento muy espacioso, muy bien decorado , ubicado en una urbanización cerrada con jardines interiores en cota 1700. Ubicación idea para esquiar . En verano ,cerca de salida de rutas de senderismo . Muy fácil el contacto, el
