We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat, with a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony.
It is equipped with a living room of 15 m² (about 161 ft²), with a fitted kitchenette and with a balcony: - A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. - Separate toilet.
Outside : - A north-facing balcony of 4.6 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : You will have the opportunity to take advantage of a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walks along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit of the Juno Beach museum...
We advise you to go to the beautiful market in the centre on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking in the basement of the flat (1 vehicle), with remote control door and access to the floors from the lift.
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen train station located 30 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located 29 minutes away by car.
Other remarks: - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of 15€. - Sheets and towels are provided on request from the concierge.
Sheets: 15 € / bed; towels: 6 € / person; tea towel: 2 € / unit; bath mat: 3 € / unit. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Logement spacieux, agréable bien agencé et bien placé, on a vraiment tout à côté (plage, commerces, restaurants...)Bémol sur le ménage qui laissait à désirer, canapé lit très inconfortable et odeur forte d'égout dans la salle de bain, obligé de mettre de la javel tous les jours
