We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Plouarzel, this charming studio at less than one kilometre of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 36 m ², and being able to accomodate 2 travellers.
Located on the 1st floor (without lift) accessible by the garden, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets included, we are waiting for you! The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and a queen-size bed (160×200). - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A swimming pool (private, heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, size 7×4 m and depth 1.55 m. There is no security for children (opening date not contractual). - A private south-facing terrace of 14 m² with furniture. - A private fenced garden without gate with furniture to enjoy the nice days. The flat is ideally located in Plouarzel, in a very pleasant environment, close to the city centre.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Hiking on the coastal path GR34 which is 400 m from the house. - You can go to many beaches and creeks at 500 m (Plage du Gouérou famous for surfing). - Visit the lighthouse of Trézien, the fishing port of Le Conquet... - Visit the island of Ouessant or the island of Molène. - Many sporting activities are available such as walking, cycling, swimming, water walking, golf.... - Market every Thursday, from 9am to 12pm. - Festival les Petites Folies in June in Lampaul Plouarzel, Crab festival and Noces Bretonnes in August. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park at the foot of the stairs on the garden side. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Brest train station located 26 km away (32 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Brest airport 29.9 km (34 minutes by car). Other remarks : - Free wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - For safety reasons, the accommodation is only accessible to children aged 10 and over. - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen is provided. - Towels are not included. - A secure socket for charging electric cars is available at the entrance to the studio.

Le Sémaphore de Trézien The flat is very modern and well equipped. The walk to the beach is only about 10 minutes and the private pool is heated. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It was a very relaxing holiday. We had nice evenings on the terrace with a beautiful view! The Bourels are super friendly and helpful hosts. Absolute recommendation!

Le Sémaphore de Trézien "Les hôtes Edith et Jean Luc sont très accueillants.
Ils sont à la fois disponibles et discrets.
L'usage de la piscine est très agréable.
Le logement et les équipements sont impeccables.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement moderne et chaleureux dans un environnement calm...

Le Sémaphore de Trézien Édith et Jean-Luc sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Le logement est très agréable dans lequel on se sent vraiment bien. Nous avons également profité de la piscine avec une excellente température. Différentes plages ainsi que départs de randonnées sont à proximité.
