Come and discover this charming air-conditioned apartment in Villeurbanne, with wifi (fiber optic). For maximum 5 persons.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 26 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 26 m² with TV - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160×200) - An office with a glass roof overlooking one of the bedrooms with a single sofa bed. - Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub - A separate toilet Exterior: The apartment is ideally located in Villeurbanne, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit close to all the essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the apartment, in the street (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Part Dieu less than 10 minutes by metro - Nearest airport: St Exupéry Airport Other Notes: - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (fiber optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To access your apartment, you can choose between : - An autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a box - A physical welcome: in this case, you will be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment and give you the keys. The apartment is really well set out and has everything you need to make it feel like home.You have a washing machine and a clothes airer, a shopping trolley, a Nespresso coffee machine, a full-size oven, fridge and freezer - basically everything you need to live comfortably. The location is also excellent.
