Situated in the picturesque seaside location of Lyme Regis is this stunning Mediterranean style villa, overlooking the bay beyond.
With a great location, spacious living areas and a fantastic veranda, this property will be great for families and groups of adults alike.
Take in the breath-taking sea views on arrival as you park in one of the two garage spots provided, unpacking with ease and entering into this intriguing property.
Settle into the dining/sitting room upon arrival and make yourself at home, with easy access to the garden terrace through French windows, stylish black leather sofas and a homely feel to the contemporary décor or enjoy a coffee at the central wooden dining table as you plan the day ahead of you. When mealtimes call, a great kitchen with ample amenities offers a home-from-home space where you will be able to create heart-warming meals for all of the family.
If you wish to recline in a more private space, then there is a second sitting room on the first-floor, with blue sofas, access to the terrace, a writing desk and a TV where you can catch up on your favourite shows in an evening.

Lovely property, bigger than expected. So clean and all the facilities we would want. The two floors would be great for any blended family or friends wanting their own space. Great view and spent time watching the boats. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment is excellent with a spacious terrace which enabled us to take full advantage of the wonderful weather. The only negative is the steps leading up to the property. They seem designed to mislead the eye and could be hazardous for visitors with poor vision.

Fabulous property in a great location. Lovely outside seating area with great views over the bay. Everything you need to feel at home. Perfect for us as six adults.
