The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with seating for two, dining table with seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Sky Q. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link and TV, and a super-king-size with zip/link, TV and en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with decking, lawn and furniture, as well as allocated off-road parking for one car in the car park with restricted access. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, 0.1 miles, a pub, and within 0.2 miles, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Complimentary spa passes are provided for 4 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments Monday - Friday, food in the HarBAR. Access is valid until the 11th September 2025 Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year and is subject to renewal. Note: Please call the spa prior to arrival at the property to arrange your entry and they will give you any information regarding their packages that you require. Please note there is a limited height in the car parking space of 1.7m at is lowest point. The parking space itself is positioned length ways behind structural support pillars providing a parking space of 2.5m wide by 3.5m long. Lift access to each floor within Peninsula. Lift access should not be solely relied upon as if not operational due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs. SKY TV: The owner is pleased to be able to provide this property with Sky TV, please check the description for the Sky package provided. Please note that the PIN to the Sky box cannot be provided. Therefore there may be viewing restrictions applied during the day as per Ofcom regulations e.g. Watershed limitations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Please note that this property offers complimentary use of 4 spa passes for the HarSPA to be used during your stay - the current expiry date for these are 11th September 2025 and the owners will review whether they will renew the membership a month prior to the expiry date.Both bedrooms are fitted with super-king as standard, which can be arranged as a two twin beds upon request. All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day.
