With the most stunning sea views, easy access to a beach right on your doorstep, this chalet bungalow is simply the perfect family holiday for those who love to feel the sea breeze in their hair and explore quaint harbour towns.
Located in a fantastic location to enjoy the town centre and coast of Lyme Regis. Upon arrival you will be simply delighted by the amazing position of this semi-detached chalet bungalow, overlooking the sandy beach at Marine Parade, right on the seafront of the town, with uninterrupted views of the ocean and a beach at your fingertips, you will be eager to make yourself at home and begin exploring the local area.
A welcoming open-plan living area encourages you to recline in the sitting area with a view overlooking the bay, as well as wooden wall panels in keeping with the theme of the properties wonderful exterior, and continuing a splash of blue through the living area, where a small but amply fitted kitchen will make the perfect place for the designated chef to explore new recipes with local produce, before serving them at the bar provided, a wonderful sitting area with bar stools and a sea blue wood echoed throughout the kitchen.
When sleep calls, a spacious double room, decorated again in themes of seaside blue, offers the perfect spot to get cosy, whilst a bunk room is the perfect space for children, and there is a shower-room ready to soak the sand from your hair after a long day at the beach.
Probably the most delightful part of this property is the amazing balcony, accessible through the French windows of the sitting area and providing a spot to enjoy the views all year round, with shelter for rainy days allowing you to still enjoy the moody ocean scenery, and on warmer days, this is the perfect place to end your day with a glass of your favourite beverage in hand. With a beach so close to the property, you will be able to picnic on the sand and enjoy a read whilst the children build sandcastles, or why not take to the waves in a kayak? Despite the proximity to a beach, it will be essential that you visit the Jurassic coast, most notably Lyme Regis Fossil Bay, where you can search amongst the rocks for fossils just waiting to be discovered.
Enjoy a family day out at the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum or Lyme Regis Aquarium, or venture further afield to visit one of the many historical sites within the area, including Axminster Heritage Centre, Blackbury Camp, and Maiden Castle.

Perfect location, easy access to beach and local eateries. Welcome pack was very high quality. The property was clean and well equipped. The balcony area and views from the property were amazing.

Der Badezimmerboden war nicht so sauber. Auch ist die Dusche unglücklich angebracht, da eine teilweise "Flutung" des Bades nicht vermieden werden kann. Grund ist eine geschlossene Duschkabine.Im Inserat müssten die Parkplatzbedingungen genauer beschrieben werden. Unbedingt erforderlich ist auch der ...
