We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Aubenas, this charming house Ardéchoise out of Pierre with swimming pool, of a surface of 210 m ² and being able to accomodate until 9 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 625 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- 3 cellars.
On the 1st floor :
- A living room of 80 m² with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchair and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... and dining area.
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a small cabin bed for a child.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190), a single bed and a baby bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Two separate toilets.
Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), open from April to October (opening dates not contractual), of dimension 3.60×7 with immersed beach secured by an articulated tarpaulin.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 625 m², facing West
- An L-shaped terrace facing South/West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and a relaxing corner with a view on the Jastre.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Aubenas, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the countryside while being close to the city. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist sites : Balazuc : architectural wealth of one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Ibie valley, the Ardéche gorges (natural reserve), the Chauvet cave (mineral and human origins), vals and its thermalism...
- Sporting activities : Cycling and the Ardéchoise, canyoning in the Besorgues valley, canoeing and kayaking in Vallon-Pont- d'arc, the Barutel : the joys of swimming and fishing...
- Cultural visits : Speleology in the Orgnac cave, visits of castles (Alba, Vogüé, Aubenas)...
- Events : Festival Aluna in Ruoms, festival of Alba-la-Romaine...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot of the house which can welcome up to 4 vehicles.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aubenas bus station located about 500 meters away and Montélimar train station located about 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée airport located at about 2h10 by car.
Other remarks :
- The owners live in a studio at the bottom of the building
- Free wifi available.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future travelers. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness: refrigerators and garbage cans empty, dishes tidied up etc..
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
