Situated in the Conwy walls, just a short drive away from the beach, is this charming mid-terrace home, 7 Watkin Street.
This two-bedroom holiday home is ideal for families and friends, with a wood-burning stove for those winter evenings, and a rear terrace for alfresco dining in the summer months.
Locate a roadside parking space or leave your vehicle in the car park close by before discovering 7 Watkin Street.
The living/dining room has everything you need, including a smart TV, books and games for entertainment, a sofa, two armchairs, dining seating and wooden flooring for a welcoming feel.
Moving through the property, the modern fitted kitchen offers an electric oven and hob for when you fancy cooking, and a dishwasher for a fuss-free clean afterwards.
Enjoy mealtimes together at the dining table, or why not head up to the terrace to soak in the rays with a cold beverage? From here, you can gain access to the bright and airy double/twin bedroom and adjacent is a delightful double, with ample storage to house your belongings.

The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear terrace with furniture and decking, as well as roadside parking on first-come basis and a car park nearby. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and starter pack for woodburning stove are all included in the price. Apologies, this property does not accept pets or smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 1.2 miles, a beach. For a wonderful setting in the heart of Conwy, choose 7 Watkin Street. Note: The rear terrace can be accessed via the bedroom. Parking outside the property is on a first come first serve basis and we ask that you are courteous to the parking needs of the other residents on the street. Off street parking can be located a 3 minute walk from the property on Mount Pleasant at a daily rate of £7.40, or in a variety of other Conwy public car parks that can be found on the Conwy Council website.
Please Note: From bookings starting from Jan 2025 onward, please get in touch as the triple bed is getting replaced by a double bed/twin and will only be accepting 4 guests.

7, Watkin Street was perfect. We stayed 2 nights so we could run The Conwy Half Marathon. Very cosy and well equipped cottage. Lovely bottle of wine on arrival. Definitely recommend as it's straight out of the door into Conwy. Found it easier to park in car park once we unpacked our things.

Brilliant cottage in a stunning place. Fantastic facilities and felt like you were properly thought of and looked after. Only tiny problem that I think the previous people had a problem with was a rotten smell in the place, hopefully it gets sorted soon because everything else was fantastic.
