In Villers-sur-Mer, this charming 310 m² air-conditioned house with jacuzzi can accommodate up to 10 guests and is less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 600 m² garden and terrace with plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large living room with TV and sofa.
- A dining area opening onto the kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
1st floor:
- A cinema room/children's playroom, with board games available.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with bath.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
2nd floor:
- An air-conditioned billiards and table football room.
Outside :
- A jacuzzi available all year round except during periods of heavy frost.
- A beautiful 600 m² garden and a terrace with furniture (trampoline, football pitches, table tennis, etc.) to make the most of the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting in a residential area. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The location of this accommodation will enable you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: walks along the coast, discovering the cliffs of the black cows and the Greenwich meridian, visiting the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boules, paragliding, water sports centre, swimming, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in a private car park with space for 2 vehicles.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Regular bus services from Paris to Deauville, as well as from Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer with a passenger stop behind the residence.
- Montparnasse station from Paris to Deauville.
- Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer station with regular services.
- Villers-Sur-Mer station is about 22 minutes' walk and 4 minutes' drive away, and Houlgate station is about 13 minutes' drive away.
- Le Havre-Octeville airport is about 50 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with anti-intrusion security devices (alarms and radars). These devices are not cameras.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The pool table is for adults only.
- As the gas for the barbecue is provided by the rental company, a thorough cleaning of the barbecue is required in exchange.
- The heating can only be regulated using the owner's telephone. Please ask the manager for any changes.
- The garage can be used to store bicycles.
- The accommodation has motion detector radars which are not activated during stays.
- The fasteners on the jacuzzi cover are fragile and should only be opened by adults. In the event of breakage, the fastener will be invoiced at €50 each.
- In the event of loss of keys and gate remote control, a deposit will be retained.
- A landscaper will visit every fortnight during the week, working for approximately two hours each time.
- The owners will not be held responsible for any technical problems, but undertake to provide solutions where necessary.
- End of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
