The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
During your stay, you can enjoy many activities within walking distance of the apartment: walking or cycling along the coast, visiting the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, or even a visit to the Juno Beach Museum.
The D-Day beaches are also accessible by car from the accommodation.
There is a beautiful market in the center of Courseulles on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate one vehicle.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station, located 25.5 km away (about 35 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, located 21 km away (about 32 minutes by car)
