Cozy apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 3 people.
The flat is located in a renovated former period oil mill, which offers to its guests many shared services: access to the seasonal pool, small area used as a gym, playground and equipped barbecue area with tables and benches under the pergola.
There is also a parking space inside the gate and a place for bicycles.
The 50 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance (there are 3 steps to access).
It has a small uncovered patio equipped with table and chairs x4 and assigned parking space inside the gate, also suitable for large SUV-type cars.
N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
Available to guests, shared with the other apartments of the structure, are: - Swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and little tables, open from 9 to 20:00, from 1st June to 15th September - Dining area in the garden equipped with barbecue, tables and benches - Play area and small area used as a gym.
N.B.: The condominium regulations on the use of common areas will be made available within the apartment.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.
The outdoor spaces are shared.
According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.
Late check in: - From 21:00 - 23:00 - Euro 25,00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00.
We can't check you in after 01:30.
Any late check-in request is subject to host approval.
The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno.
Children under 14 are exempt.
Passignano sul Trasimeno is an enchanting village that rises on the shores of the homonymous lake, rich in history dating back to the Etruscan and Roman periods.
From the lakeside you can reach the historic center through the alleys that climb up a hill until you reach the Rocca, the highest point of the village that offers a breathtaking view of the lake.
The location is also ideal for visiting the beautiful neighboring towns: Monte del Lago, Castiglione del Lago with the suggestive Palazzo della Corgna, Panicale, Paciano, just to name a few.
Also within easy reach are Cortona and Montepulciano, as well as Perugia and Assisi, located a short distance away.
The accommodation is located in the quiet and green countryside area of Passignano, less than ten minutes by car from the historic center and 7 from Caloni Beach.
The essential services such as bar, pharmacy and supermarket are within 6 minutes by car.
The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the surroundings is by car.
It is possible to rent one at the airport.
The accommodation has a parking space inside the assigned gate.

alloggio al piano interrato di una piccola palazzina a 2 piani; l'area esterna è molto gradevole e d'estate deve meritare molto. per un soggiorno invernale come il nostro abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, la pulizia e il fatto che l'ambiente sembra da poco ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. comodissimo il letto, alloggio fornito di tutto quel che serve.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Umbrien, in der Nähe vom Lago Trasimeno. Knapp über eine Stunde mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Florenz entfernt, haben wir den Aufenthalt in dieser sehr sauberen und modernen Unterkunft genossen.
