We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mougins, this beautiful air-conditioned villa with swimming pool and sauna, of a surface of 210 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². Other remarks :
- Noise pollution due to construction on the neighboring property is currently ongoing.
- In order to provide you with the most pleasant surroundings, we regularly require the services of a swimming pool attendant, mosquito killer and gardener. If necessary, please allow them access to the property.

- Animals are not allowed in the house
- The house being built on a slope, the access is possible by two gates, one up and one down.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
