About this space
•A modern and stylish experience in this newly renovated 2 bedroom house.
•Quiet location next to Wilmorton communal Gardens and Recreation ground.
•Just a 20 minute walk from Derby’s city centre and its shopping complex and restaurants.
•This lovely home includes patio doors leading from the living area into the rear garden where you can enjoy privacy and relax in the warmer months.
•Free off road parking for two cars.
The space
This stylish house is located at the end of Warwick Street, next to the Wilmorton Park. On the ground floor you walk into hallway, the kitchen to the left and the main living area is directly ahead, with a desk work area positioned under the stairs. Patio doors lead out onto the patio and garden.
On the first floor is the bathroom with bath and shower and we supply fresh towels and toiletries, including, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and shower gel for you.
Master bedroom with super king size bed, built in wardrobe and draws and a single bedroom with wardrobe space and draws.
Guest access
We have allocated parking for two vehicles, one in front of the property and one to the rear of the property, accessed from the left side of the property. Please park only in front of the property, all other spaces belong to other houses, thank you.
Derby train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive and Derby City centre is only a 20 minute walk from the property, or you can catch a bus into the centre from the bus stop, located at the top of the Warwick Street on London Road, just a 2 minute walk from the property.
Alvaston Park is less than a 10 minute walk, a lovely open space with cafe and model boating lake.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am
afraid highchair requests cannot be met).’’
OTHER NOTES
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is *a Premier Convenience Store a few minutes walk away*.
