Stay in this modern refurbished studio located in the basement conversion of a lovely Victorian Townhouse. Just a 10 minute walk from central Chichester, enjoy fantastic shops, bars and restaurants and the local attractions of Chichester Festival Theatre, Cathedral, and Pallant House Gallery. With on-street parking this is the perfect base to explore the nearby South Downs, Goodwood Estate (horse-racing, Festival of Speed and Revival) and West Wittering beach.
The studio is a self-contained basement conversion in a lovely Victorian townhouse, with its own private entrance via a set of steep steps.
Newly refurbished, there is a modern living, dining and kitchen space, with HD TV, and dining table. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (note: hob but no oven). We supply all kitchen equipment and basic cooking essentials so you can enjoy a meal during your stay
The adjoining double bedroom has a clothes rail and two large bedside tables plus space under the bed for luggage. From the bedroom you enter a sleek, modern shower room.
The studio has its own basement entrance with self check-in via lock box, accessed via a set of steps at the front of the Victorian Townhouse. Note that the steps are quite steep so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
There is permitted on street residents parking at the property. For short stays we provide visitors permits for one car per booking. For longer stays, there is free parking without permits just a few minutes walk away.
Please note that the Townhouse above this property is also a holiday rental, and there is a staircase linking the two internally which is locked from both ends.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

* Standard check in time is 4pm onwards and checkout time is before 10am
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.
