Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat for rent in the village of Villarembert.
Fully renovated in 2022, it is within walking distance of the ski resort and features a shared swimming pool and sauna within the residential complex.
The flat measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you to come and enjoy a lovely holiday, with or without children, in a personalised setting! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with a TV, pull-out sofa beds (sleeps 2) and a dining area for 4 guests. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchenette, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, Smeg kettle, heated blender (for soup), Cookeo multi-cooker, crêpe and raclette maker, fondue set… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and heated towel rail - Separate toilet Outside: - A north-east-facing balcony, approximately 5 m², at garden level with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days. Communal areas within the residence, accessible free of charge and reserved for residents: - Heated outdoor swimming pool, approximately 5×10 metres, secured by an electric cover, open from mid-December to mid-April and from July to August, except on Saturdays. - Fitness area, sauna The flat is ideally situated in Villarembert, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll benefit from the residence’s ideal location, with ski-in/ski-out access at the end of a blue run, 50 metres from the start of the Voie Lactée chairlift, which also provides direct ski access to the resort centre.All essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, are just 300 metres away, whilst the ESF children’s ski school is 350 metres away. At an altitude of 1,500 metres, the resort of Le Corbier offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks; everything is in place to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay! Activities: - There are plenty of activities on offer: downhill skiing, hiking, snow park, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, a ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking… - A wide range of ESF activities, a welcome drinks reception with live music, the HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visits and a torchlit descent. - The resort has held the “Famille Plus” accreditation since 2006, with activities suitable for all ages. - Sports activities: balance bike and scooter park for 3–12-year-olds / 7.4 km trail for e-bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, “Île aux Dragons” leisure park… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - An in-resort shuttle bus, stopping at the chairlift (30 m away), runs every day during the season, with numerous stops, including the crèche and the ESF meeting point.

Track the bus’s arrival in real time with the Zenbus app! - Access by car via the A43 motorway, heading towards Turin, exit 27 (Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne), then follow signs for Vallée de l’Arvan. - Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne TGV and TER railway station: 25 minutes by shuttle bus or taxi - Chambéry Airport: 1 hour 15 minutes by car (shuttle buses available from the airport) Other notes: - There are 5 steps to climb to reach the corridor leading to our accommodation - The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August.
Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed.

Locatie was prima, heel dicht bij de piste,
Lockerroom voor skimateriaal was ok
Appartement op zich ok, voor dat geld mag je ook niet teveel verwachten maar….
Appartement was helemaal niet proper!
Wij hebben het properder achtergelaten dan we het gevonden hebben, veel haar en stof! Ook het tapijt in de living zit vol dierenhaar.
Door gebrek aan dampkap is alles in de keukenom...

Les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient propres .
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre de photos pour illustrer mes propos!
Les sols étaient sales , j'ai dû passer le balai , vider l'aspirateur qui était plein avant de pouvoir l'utiliser et récurer avec une serpillère a la main car aucun balai a récurer fourni , l'eau était noire 🤢...
