We are offering this charming, contemporary-style furnished flat for rent in the village of Cohennoz.
It measures 52 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a residential complex with a swimming pool, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a balcony and a terrace.
Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Living area: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette machine… Bedroom area: - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 2: a sofa bed and bunk beds. - A bathroom with a bath. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A heated, indoor swimming pool in the complex, open in summer from 4 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, and in winter (opening dates to be confirmed). The swimming pool measures 12 m by 6 m and is open from 10.00 to 19.00, 7 days a week, during opening periods.
Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the residential complex. - A south-facing balcony and a west-facing terrace of approximately 30 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a Weber electric barbecue (available outside the winter season only), a high chair, a washing machine, a cot, a tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board. The village resort of Crest-Voland-Cohennoz is situated on a sunny balcony in the Val d’Arly. This resort offers the charm of two authentic villages whilst providing access to a wide range of activities in both winter and summer.
It is situated in the heart of the Espace Diamant ski area, which includes Les Saisies, in Crest-Voland-Cohennoz, between the Mont Blanc massif and the Val d’Arly.
The accommodation is nestled amongst the fir trees, forming a charming hamlet of small chalets.
Ideally situated close to the slopes, this residence blends harmoniously with nature and fits perfectly into the landscape. • 20 mins from Les Saisies, Albertville and Megève • 40 mins from Chamonix • 1 hour from Bourg-Saint-Maurice • 1 hour 30 mins from Geneva • 2 hours from Lyon Activities: - Tourist attractions: Lake Annecy (the clearest in Europe) and the town itself (the ‘Venice of Savoy’), the medieval town of Conflans, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (spa treatments and mountain sports), Albertville (famous for hosting the 1992 Winter Olympics)... - Sports activities: various mountain activities such as skiing, tobogganing, dog sledging, snowboarding, snowshoeing… Mountain biking on numerous marked trails and hiking… - Culinary heritage: Savoie cheeses, diots (smoked sausages), tartiflette, crozets… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (5m x 3.5m, remote-controlled) or in the residence’s private car park (reserved for guests staying at the residence). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Albertville station, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away. - Nearest airport: Geneva Airport, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away. Chalet des Oursons "Très bon séjour passé a crest Voland super temps bel appartement pas loin du centre .
Dommage que la piscine sois froide étant donner que c'etait marqué chauffer mais les enfants se sont quand meme bien amuser .
Nous avons passé un super séjour avec de beaux paysage ."

Le soleil était au rendez-vous. Randonnée, descente en vtt, luges, visite de Chamonix et des Saisies, farniente ont rythmé notre semaine !
