This well appointed terrace cottage at Pendra Loweth purpose built village is less than a mile from a sandy beach in Falmouth and boasts onsite facilities of splash pool and children's play area in communal grounds with tennis courts.
Set over two floors, this modern cottage provides comfortable accommodation for families and friends in a pretty setting within easy reach of the coast and resort attractions.
On the ground floor, the open plan living room makes a social space with sitting and dining areas and kitchen, there is also a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The first floor has a family bathroom and two double bedrooms and a twin.
Patio doors from the living room open onto a paved patio with garden furniture. Enjoy a game of on the all weather courts! For the keen walker, the coastal path is only a mile away starting at Maenpoth or Swanpool, enjoy the scenic views. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.
Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro.

Compass Point is set within Maenporth Valley and the Village of Gardens, near Falmouth, beaches within a mile and the town of Falmouth just 3 miles where you will find all the local amenities, including pubs, shops and restaurants. There are three bedrooms sleeping six people and a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside there is a patio area and the large communal gardens on which children can play or sit and relax with a picnic. The cottage has off road parking for one car, there is also visitors parking nearby and onsite facilities including a small splash pool (seasonal opening times, not available until Easter) and tennis court.

Note: Seasonal opening times apply to the bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi. The season usually runs from the beginning of April to end of October annually. The gym, tennis courts and children’s play area are available year-round.
Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time

Or cottage was in a great location, and was extremely clean and superbly equipt for our stay. When I'm back down the way, I will 100% be trying to stay there again. Thankyou to Andy (owner) for being so helpful when I called you. My only 1 complaint was the taste of the tap water, bottled water was needed

Had such a lovely week at this cottage. It has everything you could possibly need and more. Only thing I would suggest is updating the guide to show that dogs are allowed on the beaches close pretty much all year except July and August. Will defo recommend this place to my family and friends. Thank you again.

I've stayed in many cottages here over the years and this was one of the best so far. It was clean, warm and cosy, and had everything you could possibly need. It also had excellent internet which many certainly don't, this was important for me as I needed to be in easy contact with disabled relatives. I would definitely choose this cottage again on future stays.
