There is a splendid panoramic view, Lake Trasimeno to the east, Città Della Pieve to the south, and Mount Amiata to the west.

The countryside of the Cantagallina area is dense with olive groves and vineyards, wheat and sunflower fields, all together giving visitors an evocative natural picture that changes with the seasons. You can enjoy a vacation in contact with nature and the beauty of the Umbrian countryside, characterized by green hills, excellent wine and good food.

For all guests, a swimming pool (16 x 9 meters and 1.10 - 1,45 meter deep) is available with sun lounges, sun umbrellas and shower.

The pool area is fenced off and accessible through a gate. ACCOMMODATION: L'Ulivo (55 square meters) is an independent apartment, located in the annex of the main cottage.

It can accommodate 2 people and consists of a large living, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, veranda with access to the park. The apartment is surrounded by the green park of the farmhouse with beautiful panoramic view towards Lake Trasimeno.

Outside you will find table with chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.

The pool is shared with the other guests of the farmhouse. --- PLEASE NOTE --- The price includes: gas for cooking, water, electricity; towels and bed linens change once a week; WI-FI internet connection; baby cot and highchair (on request).
