We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Les Angles, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace and a garden of about 80 m². We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200). - Bedroom 2: bunk beds. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, iron. The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby: - Angléo Spa - Shuttle to the slopes 10 metres from the flat. - Lake of Matemale - Puyvalador - Spain located at 36 km Activities : In winter : - Les Angles ski resort: skiing, snowshoeing, snow, sledging, snake gliss... - Dog sledding, ice diving, - Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa... - Activities Lou Bac Mountain, Bike Park, mountain bike circuits, hiking, orientation course... In summer : - Walks and water activities on the banks of the lake of Matemale - Bike Park, mountain bike circuits, hikes, orienteering courses, paragliding, Parc animalier des Angles en Capcir,... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (on request, 1 vehicle) or in the car park outside the flat. As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Shuttles to the different areas of the town and the ski area. - Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse train station is about 20 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Perpignan airport located at about 1H40 by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cot and high chair available on request. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge.

Le confort et l’équipement luxueux de l’appartement
Si je n’ai rien à redire sur l’appartement c’est par contre à votre description de présentation qu’il y a beaucoup à redire :
1- l’appart n’est pas au 3ème sans ascenseur mais au -1 donc on ne monte pas mais on descend d’un étage .
2- donc l’appart est au 1er étage de la résidence qui n’en comporte...
