This charming 91 m² flat in Lingolsheim can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a courtyard/garden of around 500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Day area: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 people) - Bathroom with shower and WC. Outside: - An unfenced, south-facing courtyard/garden to make the most of fine weather. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, just outside Strasbourg, in a very pleasant, quiet cul-de-sac setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Tourist sites: Natura Parc, Lac Achard park, Strasbourg (at the heart of Europe, a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Obernai (a medieval town on the wine route)... - Sports activities: swimming pool, Iceberg ice rink, Rawing club rowing, canoeing/Kayak... - Cultural visits: fly boat trips, tourist mini-train, the Alsatian Museum, Strasbourg's Museum of Contemporary Art, etc. - Gastronomic heritage: the Alsace wine route, baeckeoffe, kougelhopf, sauerkraut, etc. - Events: Christmas market (at the end of the year), European fair, European Parliament, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. L'Amarante "Apartament molt correcte per la seva ubicació.
Es correspon a les fotos publicades.
La comunicació amb el propietari molt bona en tot moment, l'únic inconvenient és que vam haver d'esperar 1 hora per poder accedir a l'apartament ja que no ens van enviar el codi de la caixa de seguretat ...

L'Amarante "Endroit calme et très paisible. Un grand supermarché Super U à proximité. Restaurants à proximité. À quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville de Strasbourg avec sa superbe gare, les bâtiments de l'union européenne, un village des magasins de marque, ...
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Bref, on a très fort apprécié et énormément profité de notre séjour."

L'Amarante Ubicación ideal si quieres estar cerca de Estrasburgo y del resto de pueblos de Alsacia: El barrio donde está el alojamiento es muy tranquilo. La vivienda está genial tal y como muestran las fotos. No podemos poner ninguna objeción del apartamento. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
