We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Lingolsheim, this charming apartment of a surface of 91 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 45 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a courtyard / garden of about 500 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 45 m² with TV, sofas (including a convertible), armchairs and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 people)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Exterior:
- An unfenced courtyard/garden, facing South to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Lingolsheim, near Strasbourg, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a dead end street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tourist sites : Natura Parc, Achard lake park, Strasbourg (in the heart of Europe, a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Obernai (a medieval city on the wine road)...
- Sports activities : Swimming pool, Iceberg ice rink, Rawing club rowing, canoeing/Kayak...
- Cultural visits: boat trip, tourist train, Alsatian museum, the museum of art and contemporary Strasbourg ...
- Gastronomic heritage: the Alsace wine route, baeckeoffe, kougelhopf, sauerkraut...
- Events : Christmas market (at the end of the year), European fair, European Parliament...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the inner courtyard which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus 13 at the end of the street.
- Streetcar B is a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride away.
- Nearest train station: Lingolsheim station located at about 3 minutes walk, every hour of the day a train takes you to the city center in 7 min
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, accessible in 2 min by train and 10min by car
Other remarks :
- The flat is on the ground floor of a detached house where the two levels are not fully insulated.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- For security reasons, the property has an alarm system, which is only active when the property is empty.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- There are 10 steps up to the ground floor.
- All accommodation is non-smoking.
- The rear of the garden is not accessible (storage space), no outdoor furniture available at the moment.
- The house is of wooden construction. People may be present upstairs, which may cause some footsteps or light creaking in bedroom 1.
