The Gîte du Domaine des Verdier is a real haven of peace. Come and spend your holidays as a couple, accompanied or not, and enjoy one of the most calm and relaxing surroundings. Relax in front of the fire of the stove or refresh yourself in the swimming pool in front of a breathtaking view of nature. 15 hectares made up of meadows and woods in a serene atmosphere, lulled by the sound of birds. Nestled in the heart of Quercy, the estate has kept its authenticity: typical stone building, walnut dryer, orchard, give the estate a crazy charm and the desire to take a break. You are only a few kilometers from Martel, one of the most visited and well-known villages in the Lot department. If you like to discover, go visit Padirac, Rocamadour, or go for a walk along the Dordogne.
Cottage on 2 levels. On the ground floor, a large living/dining/kitchen area: Sofa, rocking chair, TV, pellet stove, Table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen (Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Oven, dishwasher ,...). Private bathroom (walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer), separate WC (washing machine, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board). Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom open to the living room with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90x190. Adjoining garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Unfenced land of 15 hectares shared with the owners: shared swimming pool secured by an alarm. Parking on site. Free Wi-Fi access. A cleaning deposit will be required.

Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Nathalie et sa famille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit paisible avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne qu'on peut admirer depuis la grande piscine. Le logement est très confortable, propre et joliment décoré. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent séjour. Nathalie et Éric sont des hôtes accueillants, attentionnés et de bons conseils. L’emplacement est idéal : 5 minutes des commerces et du centre ville, 20/30 minutes des lieux à visiter (exemple : Rocamadour). Superbe maison en pierres avec une piscine très agréable et bien entretenu...
