We offer this spacious 69 m² apartment for rent in Rennes, with wifi (fiber optics) and private parking, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms (15m² and 10m²), the first with a walk-through aspect and a dressing room, the second which can be used as an office with a long work surface, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and double washbasin) and a separate toilet.
The apartment also has private parking for smaller cars.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 1 double sofa bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all essential shops: the apartment is just a few meters from a small supermarket towards the city center, and 1 km from a supermarket to the west. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (more suitable for smaller cars). The Mabilais metro station is 500 m from the apartment in the direction of the city center and train station. A bike rental terminal is also available at the metro station. 🙂 Bon emplacement, à 15-20mn à pied du centre ville, appartement clair, agréable, très bien équipé
🙁 Le parking est TRÈS étroit, nous avons fini par nous garer à l'extérieur par peur de frotter à tous les angles"

Le Cocon Voltaire 🙂 Accueil chaleureux tout pour cuisiner même des dosettes de café et un choix de thé emplacements pour se garer passé un très bon séjour merci encore à nadia qui m'a accueilli en plus on l'a mis en retard car on avait débaucher tard merci à elle pour sa patience et sa gentillesse

Le Cocon Voltaire Nous avons passer un week-end à 5 dans cette appartement, le seule point négatif que nous soulignons sont les lit qui ne sont pas confortables tout le reste était vraiment bien , la cuisine est un plus si vous souhaitez cuisiner
