We are offering this spacious flat for rent in Rennes, complete with Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and private parking.
It measures 69 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, and two beautiful bedrooms measuring 15 m² and 10 m², the first of which is double-aspect and features a walk-in wardrobe, whilst the second can be used as a study with a long worktop, a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and double washbasins) and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises the following: - A 30 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs, a Senseo pod coffee machine… - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a walk-in shower - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby: the flat is just a few metres from a small supermarket on the way to the city centre, and 1 km from a large supermarket to the west. Transport: - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (best suited to smaller cars). - Mabilais underground station is 500 metres away, towards the city centre and the railway station. A bike-hire station is also available at the metro station. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: 2.5 km - Nearest airport: 5.7 km On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement Airbnb ! L’appartement était parfaitement propre, confortable et fidèle à la description. L’emplacement était idéal, avec tout le nécessaire à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Bon séjour, appartement agréable, bien équipé, proche des transports et d’une grande surface.
L’agence a été réactive concernant un souci avec l’alarme incendie. Quelques points pourrait être améliorer, notamment la vérification des équipements avant l’arrivée et un ménage plus soigné.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Néanmoins, à notre arrivée quelques détails concernant le ménage ont retenu notre attention. Couvert taché, un seul essai de vaisselle, fenêtre sale, taches d’humidité etc. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont assez limité. Pour le prix du logement nou...
