The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming single-storey house with mountain views, reversible air conditioning, 90 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There's also a 500 m² garden. Wifi included.
The south-east facing flat is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A beautiful individual and fenced garden of 500 m² facing south-east with charcoal barbecue, plancha and deckchair
- A covered terrace with lighting of 12 m², with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, gas plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a dead end street. You will be 5 minutes walk from the historic town centre, 20 minutes walk from the beach and 100 metres from the Lidl. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Nestled at the foot of the Albères massif, the famous seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer has all the ingredients for a holiday that is both sporting and relaxing. Its vast 7-kilometre sandy beach, its 12-hectare pine forest on the seafront, and its 3-kilometre tree-lined promenade make it a very popular tourist destination. Numerous water and land-based leisure activities are also available.
- Tourist sites: Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast), Perpignan the capital of Roussillon, Saint-Cyprien, Banyuls-sur-mer...
- Sports activities: various water sports, hiking, boat trips, fishing....
- Gastronomic heritage: Collioure anchovies, Banyuls vineyards, Roussillon apricots...
- Events : Les déferlantes - Concerts...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking of the house. The car park is on the grounds, in front of the house and can accommodate up to 3 estate cars.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer train station at 1 km (12 minutes on foot)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport 36 km away

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wifi available (optical fibre).
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
