Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 40 m² duplex apartment for rent in the town of Barèges, in a residence at an altitude of 1,230 meters, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 14 m² with a view of the Ariden mountain.
Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed. - An alcove with a single bed (90x190). - A bathroom with shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
Upstairs: - A 25 m² living room opening onto a terrace with TV and sofa bed. - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, classic coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, multifunction food processor, raclette set, etc.
Outside: - A west-facing balcony of around 7 m² with mountain views, accessible from the living room and furnished. - A garden accessible from the bedroom with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha grill, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet residential neighborhood.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (Le Bistrot and Le Vin'4), bars, market, etc.
Activities: You are in the heart of the Great Sites of the Pyrenees: The Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Néouvielle Reserve, and the Pont d'Espagne in Cauterêts.
WINTER: downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc. 2.6 km from the ski slopes of the vast Grand Tourmalet ski area, accessible by car or free shuttle buses.
Close to the thermal baths, the thermal leisure center, and ski bus shuttles (300 m).
SUMMER: Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the trails, paragliding...
Events: The Barèges Town Hall has an events department.
There is an events program for every day of the year.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot with numbered spaces.

La ubicación es bastante buena, el piso está muy bien y es bastante cómodo. Al tener patio y balcón, es ideal para quedarse con mascotas. También al ser un acceso individual (apt 5), es fácil para ingresar y salir con la bici.
Detalle menor, pero el Wifi no funciona en el piso de abajo, y no leí que las toallas no estaban incluidas (he tenido que comprarme una en el supermercado).
Barèges est un village calme et agréable où il y a de belle ballade à faire mais nous ne retournerons pas dans ce logeme

Proche des sentiers de randonnée et du centre.
La vétusté, appartement humide dans la partie nuit, moisissures sur les murs et sol mouillé
Géographiquement séjour agréable. Un coup de jeune au logement serait le bienvenu.

L'attention laissée sur la table : une tourte des Pyrénées
Le silence de la conciergerie,
l'état de la literie, et des couettes,
la vétusté de la salle d'eau,
l'extérieur (accès et jardin) pas entretenu,
le fait de payer forfaitairement le ménage alors qu'il nous était demandé de le faire.
