N°869 - Charming 3* house with enclosed garden and wooden terrace, facing south, with free WIFI, completely renovated in 2017 and beautifully decorated, 60m from the Marina of Perros-Guirec and shops, rue de la Salle, including:
1 equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, with 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, and a glass roof overlooking the living room -
1 living/dining room, sitting area with sofa, TV -
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 basin, hairdryer and WC -
On the first floor (mezzanine):
1 attic room with double bed in 160cm for 2 people with duvet -

To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (1 small dog accepted less 7kg), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks in August (other periods: week). ******Environment**** Remarkably located at the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because set back from the main street that runs along the port.
An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants nearby.

Le temps était clement.
Nous pensions avoir réglé notre séjour complet selon holidu mais dès notre arrivé à l'agence, il nous a été demandé plus de 60 euros. Jamais reçu de mail concernant ce coût supplementaire concernant la taxe séjour plus l'énergie(forfait électricité et eau). L'état des lieux arrivée à faire soi mê...
